Cookies and tracking This site sets no cookies of any kind — not for analytics, not for advertising, not for preferences. It loads no third-party tracking scripts, no social media pixels and no embedded widgets that could observe your visit. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything: there is nothing to accept.
Fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from this site's own deployment rather than from third-party CDNs, so rendering the page does not announce your visit to anyone else.
If this ever changes — for example if privacy-preserving, cookie-free analytics are added — this notice will be updated first, and any tool chosen will not identify individual visitors.
What happens to what you send us The contact form is the only place this site collects anything. What you enter — your name, email address, and whatever you choose to share about your organisation, budget, timing and project — is composed into a single email, delivered to info@aidrobe.com, and used to answer you. It is not written to a database, not added to any mailing list, not shared with anyone outside the two companies named above, and never sold.
Delivery happens over our own mail account: the web server hands the message to our email provider’s SMTP service, the same way an ordinary email is sent. No third-party form service sits in between, and no advertising or profiling is attached.
We keep project enquiries in the inbox for as long as a conversation stays relevant. If you want a message you sent deleted, ask, and we will remove it and confirm. If you would rather not use the form at all, plain email to the same address works identically.
The form also runs two invisible spam checks (a hidden field and a timing measurement). These inspect only the submission itself and store nothing about you.
Terms of use The content of this site is provided for information. Descriptions of capability, process and past work are offered in good faith and were accurate when written, but nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, a warranty or a commitment to deliver. Engagements are governed solely by the written contract signed for them, and if anything here conflicts with a signed contract, the contract wins.
The design, text and imagery of this site belong to AiDrobe LLC. Client names, logos and product screenshots remain the property of their respective owners and appear here as a factual record of work delivered; their presence does not imply endorsement of anything beyond that work.
Awards, ratings and results named on this site carry the reference needed to verify them at the source — entry IDs, live URLs, or the platform that issued them. If you find a claim you cannot verify, tell us and we will correct it or remove it.
